Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the UK typically takes 8–20 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all orders include free tracked shipping with no minimum order value.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We currently ship to the UK only. If you are located elsewhere, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please email info@hunajewelry.com to start a return.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5 business days. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you want.

Products & Sizing

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the guide. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

What fabrics do you use?

We prioritise natural and natural-blend fabrics including linen, cotton, and wool blends. Full fabric composition is listed on each product page.

How do I care for my Huna pieces?

Care instructions are printed on the garment label and also listed on each product page. Most of our pieces can be machine washed on a gentle, cold cycle — but always check the label first.

Payment & Account

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, google pay, shop pay and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments and uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your payment card details.
