We offer a 30-day return window, allowing customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when it was received—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Documentation: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Process

Damaged or Defective Items
We kindly request that you inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges, the fastest way to obtain the desired item is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement once the return has been accepted.
Restocking Fee
HunaJewelry does not apply any restocking fees for returns.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. The returned items must still meet the return conditions, including being unused, unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
