Return details

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your money. You pay no restocking fee, but the cost of return postage is your responsibility. To return a package, we recommend using the services of a delivery company that offers package tracking. Before the package reaches us, you are responsible for it. The moment we receive your package our customer support team will contact you immediately.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order or have entered incorrect details, you must contact our customer service immediately to cancel your order, please quote your order number. As we try to process orders as quickly as possible, you must contact us immediately. Once the package is shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

Delayed delivery

Orders may be delayed during holidays or periods of high demand. If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience and suggest allowing up to 3 additional days for delivery. Damaged or incorrect products

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and correct the problem. To return your product, please contact us at info@hunajewelry.com.

Exchanges

At Huna Jewelry, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a separate new order for the desired item. This allows for faster processing, so you will receive your replacement item sooner. Refunds

The moment your package reaches us, our customer service team will contact you. Your request will be processed and your money will be refunded within 10 days of the package being delivered.
